Warm, humid, thunderstorms... Is it somewhere in Florida? Georgia?
Thanks for any thoughts!
No way Florida or Georgia. They are consistently much warmer and more humid
More like most other places in the Midwest (take your pick) and Northeast, albeit the Northeast cities such as NYC or Boston do not get the day to day swings as dramatically as we do
Indianapolis, Indiana probably has almost identical summer weather as Chicago does.
Indy since 1981... Looks to have average highs slightly warmer in the summer. By about 1-1.5F each month. Though MDW's minimums are slightly warmer minimums in July and August... I presume thanks to a much bigger UHI, also Lake Michigan insulating the city of Chicago, whereas Indy has more radiative cooling at night
Wow, 2012 was VERY impressive
