Interesting my lowest of the season comes at 9pm. Right now. 39.5°. Wonder how low I go. Just was outside. Wow

NWS NY

"High temps more typical of late Nov/early Dec for Sun - upper 40s to lower 50s. That's 10-15 degrees below normal! "

WHOA. Lower than me and already near freezing?! And look whats to our West. High Pressure! So we don't even have prime radiational cooling going on. That's tomorrow night.

This is a lot about the mid level cold air compressing to the surface. -7C 4500' over us right now.

Down to 31 F/-1 C at 11PM.

Tomorrow night is forecast to drop down to 20 F/-7 C. That's only 3 F above the record low for the month of October.

Tomorrow night we're supposed to drop to 29F (or 34F according to TWC), but on the bright side, our average low in January isn't much worse than that. LGA is only forecasted to go down to 39F tomorrow night, boy do I miss that heat island.

Now it's down to 27 F/-3 C. Odd.

Colder than the forecast of 28 F now.

Nice to see up to minute update. I see drops/rises within the hour sometimes. Must of been a change of air flow at that moment?

My station showing 30.0 as the low. Now 30.3. Can we at least break the 30 barrier??

Last time my backyard was this low in October was 2012. Last year only 37 was the low.

I still haven't gone below 70F here on Key Biscayne

We're slowly moving in the right direction though. Most mornings are in the low/mid 70's now rather then the upper 70's/low 80's and dewpoints have been mostly in the 60's

This has been an average month so far but it's been very consistent and lacking any truly cool or hot days.

Very Comfy t-shirt weather this morning walking my lab.

EDIT: 7:00 A.M starting to lighten a bit outside
