People from northern Brazil often have nosebleeds because of the low humidity here during the dry season.

Also, they suffer more in dry heat, while we suffer more in humid heat.

I remember when I lived in Toronto, when university finished around early may, which led to "summer", some evenings were still pretty cool, like 6c at 10 pm, and yet I remember many girls going out partying / to the pub with a mini-skirt and a crop top with just a light jacket on it. I understand in May you don't want to wear something heavy, but that outfit seemed a bit limited.

Yeah, some people are insistent to dress based on the time of year rather than what's really happening. In the same way, when we got a warm spell in early spring, I used to see students at the university still wearing hoodies when it was 24C and sunny. I couldn't stand to do that.

We enjoy hot soup at humid 90F

And I'm the "odd" one in my school - not wearing underwear shirt (we call it singlet) inside the uniform with "hot" being my reason. Some.boys in my school wear 3 layers - singlet, uniform, light jacket! - humid 30C+ and sunny! I think due to 20-22C ACed classroom.

Atlanta,USA during the summer. There are buildings where the AC is used so much, the temperature is as low as 16 Celsius. 35 Celsius outside, 16 Celsius inside of many buildings. I've seen people bring sweaters so that they can wear them INDOORS, not outdoors.
