Absolutely F. Too cold all year round for my likings, and too rainy all year round. Anyways, I think that it's a very nice place to spend the winter with snow at the surroundings and beautiful lakes.
It's very bipolar with one day being 35'C and the other like 15'C. I also think there's something funny about those averages since most other sites put average highs around 25'C if not higher. I can handle that though. Weather looks lovely. Sunny, not too much rain, and warm winters. B-.
