Cloud structure and coverage can have big variations during any given day so sometimes you can have an awesome sky but then few hours later its blah or totally blue.
Just took this photo as I'm enjoying the outdoors in June having a Nostalgic moment..
Temp 63°F (18C)
Dew point of 45°F (7C)
Winds 15mph from NW
5000' temp: 37°F (3C)
Doesn't everyone just love this this type of cloud??

It's alright when it's hot out. Gives a nice break from the sun.
Absolutely dreadful when it's chilly or cold.
If it's at least raining that's alright too but when it's just windy, 50s and below and like that, yuck.

That does actually look like a nuclear holocaust. Stratocrapulus at its most nauseating. And imagine having that nearly every day year round with skin penetrating cold wetness in places like Torshavn. Suicide is a viable alternative.

Yeah, that's the most annoying cloud cover. Pretty much the common theme past few weeks here

Yeah, a nice break when we actually have sun. We had that type of sky way too many times past 4 weeks and given it was Spring, it wasn't welcoming.
Plus, you don't need stratus type covering, a bunch of Cumulus will give you nice break from the sun too.
