I live in key biscayne and believe this is a better (although not perfect) description of its climate.

Key Biscayne and it is no contest for me, largely due to three factors in K.B.'s favor: 1) milder winter temps; 2) far less rain; and 3) more sunshine.

A pairing of Rio de Janeiro and Miami/Key Biscayne is an interesting pairing and nearly a toss up for me.

Key Biscayne. At least it has a season where it's somewhat comfortable. Macapa looks horrid year-around.
