We *should* finally get some massive thunderstorm on sunday / monday with refreshing mid-20s on Monday, to be honest I can't wait....

I just hope it's for real this time.

No extreme heat here, but we're constantly above average by 3-4 degrees and never below. And our average is not particularly low to begin with.

I'm used to it now. I don't want to go home to 12c.

I want sunshine.

I wonder if Mt. Greylock (similar elevation in Massachusetts at 42°N) ever experienced a low that warm?

Last night, hills and lower mountains stayed warmer than most of the valleys and the lower flatland.
Munich Airport cooled down to 12.9°C/55.2°F
The Zugspitze 2962m/9715ft wasn't much cooler with a low of 9.1°C/48.4°F

I'm guessing the Alps are getting some impressive snow and glacier melt this summer.

Our warmest lows are with high dewpoints, usually higher up doesn't get dewpoints as high so it'll be somewhat cooler. On dry nights, hill slopes can be warmer than valleys.
