Sometime it's too late to take one. The other night I didn't fall asleep until 2AM, but it would have been impossible to wake up had I taken a sleep aid.
Yeah, or sometimes you just have to give up on sleep altogether.
I always like when Joe 90 / R Wood post their conditions in their timezone's morning - seems like "greeting new day" from the easternmost area of eastern hemisphere (earlier parts that start a given day)

I know isn't that so weird!? When we put our clocks back he'll be a whole 13 hours ahead! His location is so far away.
And they have a "1 hour difference" with Honolulu (actually 23) during late sept - early april (nz dst)
