I don't see anything wrong with advertising free STD checks! Though maybe it gives a bad image on those companies for people that use it in that way, however that's the same in everyday life

Do you have a gym membership? Or thinking about getting one? I say go with Planet Fitness - at $10 a mo, it can't be beat, and you don't have to feel guilty for not going...lol.
I just got back from the gym myself, walked there (1 mi), did upper body, and then took the long way home - 1 hr, 4 miles.
Keeping my fingers crossed for my next weigh-in on Sunday, which I'm doing every 10 days. If I lose a pound, I'm on track of losing 3 a month. If I don't lose any, I gotta find me some mountains to climb...lol.
I like working out, whether it's at a gym or not. I feel like I'm doing something productive and my mind is still free to wander.
I was hating it at first, but now that I'm better shape, I'm beginning to like it a whole lot more. It really helps being able to walk to the gym, as there's nothing worse than getting into a car drenched in sweat...lol.
The health authority in Malta are blaming the gay dating app Grindr for an increase in cases of HIV this year, rather than the crappy education system which for the most part includes no sex education at all! Many school are run by the church & they wouldn't even mention sex, let alone the use of condoms etc... Pathetic
Since I joined the gym I have lost 9 kilos on my way to my target weight of 100kg.
