I don't really have a family doctor. Haven't been to a doctor in years except to remove wisdom teeth.
I just use my own syringe for that purpose. It's the same thing they'll do at the doctor's office. I don't know where you could get a metal syringe like the one I have, but you can order it online, obviously.

Well it happened once before and it was done quickly with no problem. But that was the university healthcare and I'm no longer a student.
I nearly cried because i'm really tired and my mum didn't know what to say. It was so embaressing.
