It means you hate urbanity and all things city-related, therefore your response was predictable, and I see no point in having this discussion with you because you are clearly set in your ways.
But, for what it's worth, I was talking in relative terms. Los Angeles is a rushed city, because all cities are rushed, but it seems laid back compared to New York or London. Just because you think it's 'far from reality' means nothing - even a modest-sized city would be too much for you to handle. My own city would probably drive you stir-crazy, but to me it's nothing.
That is true. I am not a city person.
I still don't think it seems particularly laid back, though. Comparing it to London or NYC isn't saying much.
Charleston, SC, seemed pretty laid back. I really enjoyed my visit there. Still too urban for me to want to live there, though. But it was fun to visit.
When I was in FL a few weeks ago one night felt slightly chilly, it was just cool enough for me to get goosebumps. Some people even had on coats. But I went into a Walmart and almost froze to death, I don't know why stores blast their AC when it isn't needed.
Hope I still created a calorie deficit today. But with four beers and one large plate of Chinese food on top of the approximately 1200 calories I'd had before that today, I'm not so sure.
Well, I guess it'll probably end not being much more than 2500. I did get my bike ride in. If my BMR is 2000, I should have still created a deficit.
Only 69 F outside and it doesn't even feel that humid for some reason. It feels so nice. It hasn't felt like this in months. Thank you rain.
