I'm not sure what to think of American customer service agents. Are they really being nice or is it fake all the time?
I always wonder if they really care? E.g they always say they want to go to Ireland.. I mean really?

Nah it's a 7-speed. I figured it out though. What's a derailleur? Sorry, I'm stupid when it comes to bikes.

They're fake. It's customary in the US to pretend you care about customers, but that is not the case most of the time.

Hmm, odd. What do you mean you "figured it out"?

It's 50/50. Having worked customer service before, I was nice to people who were nice to me. Plain and simple.

That's what i'm saying. I can't work out if they are being serious half the time.
I like how nice they are but i'd rather they'd not be overly nice as I know they go straight behind the desk and ***** sometimes.

I was able to put the chain back on lol. I just pulled it out it down to the sides to where it was outside and put it back on. It's hard to explain...

Wonder how it came off. Does the wheel spindle sit in a slot so you can pull it back to tighten it?
