No, only clingy when they come on way too strong.. I don't think I am better than them at all. I am a very modest, average guy.

And sex toys? No way. I don't treat girls like crap.. but having a one night stand is not treating them as a sex toy.. it is just consensual sex.. not that I have actually had loads of them anyway.
