When I flew to the UK last time, it took me one day to adjust to BST and two days coming back. Has Owen ever heard of melatonin, or alcohol, or hell allergy meds?

Sometimes I think Owen just likes to have something to complain about. We've had the conversation about jet lag like 799 times before and we reached the conclusion that Owen likes to over-dramatize it.
