Went to Sears today. It's a shame that this store is declining right before our very eyes. Some of the clothing is pretty plain looking, but it's nice being able to find stuff without all these ridiculous cuffs, buttons, pockets, zippers, etc.

I love shorts with zippered pockets. I'd like a few more pairs of them.

Nah it's not. I'm 0% east European and I carry my weight very well.

It gets excessive on some clothing such as jackets. I got a nice Covington jacket that will be perfect for fall and spring.

No, it's definitely the genes. Not saying everyone else necessarily carries it poorly. But there's definitely a tendency such as the one I mentioned.

I'm built rather weak, I like to do something that builds upper body / arms. Don't really want a "buff" look, just a bit more muscular. Knew someone my size who went to CrossFit and changed very obviously, but that's more time and money than I wished to spend.

Just do like I do and join Planet Fitness for $10 a month and do the basic upper-body exercises. I lift 3x a week, and it seems to be enough to get the job done. Then again, I'm a pretty chunky guy anyhow, and I'm trying to bulk up even more? But more muscle = long-term fat loss, so that's why I'm doing it...lol.
