feminism can be justified, but not in the european or western counteis imo. it's an extremely egocentric, irrational view on life. "oh, men can pee standing, but i can't, that's discriminating etc etc", completely ignoring that children die of cancer, people die in accidents, women in africa getting raped and killed etc etc. btw, i think the same way of men that complain about "oh i can't get a girlfriend, we live in a matriarchy is etc etc". equally pathetic. **** and deal with it or do something about it.
I went nearly 2 weeks without working out recently, and I didn't feel different, and didn't see much if any change. I don't think a week is long enough to make any real change, maybe a slight decrease in strength. It was a little harder when I first went back but I got back into it quickly.
Yeah, I honestly hate these funks where you don't work out for a week or two. There's not much noticeable difference, but in your mind you feel like **** about it lol. When I get back into it, should I gradually build up to where I was before?

I think with a week away, you could probably start where you left off, but longer than 2 weeks and you probably want to start off lighter.
And I agree, you feel like sh*t. I was paranoid about losing muscle, lol.

True, I'll probably start off by going for like a 2 hour walk on Sunday to gain some "momentum" and then on Monday start off with usual workout routine.
And lol yeah, same issue I'm having. I've done about 50-100 push-ups everyday this week with that paranoia of losing muscle lol, it doesn't do crap for losing fat though.
I haven't gotten the best sleep ever this week either, so that's probably adding to the lazyness.
In other news, I find it funny how many girls here in South FL take pride in being a "b*tch". I hear it everyday. Because being a nice girl is such a bad thing right? The mentality of people here in Miami sometimes is astounding....
