This small mom & pop place in the middle pf Pitman had the best chocolate doughnuts. So much better than any of the mass produced ones. I have no idea if they're still around. It's been ages.

Decided to say **** it this week with diet and exercise and start hard next week. I'm getting a gym membership on Monday and I have a whole workout schedule worked out for every week anyways. I've done 3 light workouts this week so far, but I honestly don't really feel like working out today and I know this weekend I won't, so **** it.

I think the number of calories you consume (and burn) will matter more than the percentage of your calories that come from carbs.

Because things with high carbs tend to have high calories as well. People don't realize that it's not the carbs make them gain weight, it's the calories on their own.
