If you eat half, that's 1430. That's an awful lot, especially for junk food.

I could eat a whole Italian hoagie and consume fewer calories than that. I'd get there with a hoagie, a bag of chips, and two beers.

A lot of Asian food is higher in calories than I previously thought.

I think I would get sick from that many M&M's to be honest lol. I just had 4 Venezuelan Arepas, ate about 3000 calories today. To maintain I need to eat 2890 so it's not that bad either. I'm going to workout hard later this week.

I would get sick from that many M&Ms too. Well, not literally sick. But I would get sick of M&Ms.
