I like making pasta with different sauces. My favourite meal by far.

For desserts, there's a cheesecake I recently learnt how to make and it's delicious.

Nice, I love pasta as well. My favorite is Alfredo Pasta, with grilled chicken and bacon in it.

I haven't quite mastered desserts yet.

A work colleague from years ago, was on Come Die With Me (NZ) just recently. It was a hoot -she was cast as the cougar on the prowl.

One of the few times I've paid much attention to cooking.

I can cook well, but only if I have to. The kids do most of the cooking these days.

Got back in yesterday just after 5 pm - what a trip.

Just two days to recover and then it'll be a hectic 4 days of DragonCon here in Atlanta.

Nice and green here in Atlanta, but it is hot - at least I had a cool respite at Skyline Lodge the night before (3600 feet, no AC needed). Look for pics of my trip later today in the photo threat - I have lots.
