It is noticeable if you get a redeye which the flights to Eastern Europe are.

Exactly.. my sleep pattern is so irregular anyway.. I go from sleeping anywhere between 6-10 hours a night at different times and I cope fine.. this will be no different. Also, I have done this before and had no issues..

My flight to Arab would be midday/afternoon

11:40 am UTC+0700 from Jakarta soekarno hatta
05:30 pm UTC+0300 arrive at Jeddah king abdul aziz (15 minutes or so before sunset)

Return to Indonesia

07:30 pm UTC+0300 from Jeddah
09:25 am UTC+0700 (day +1) arrive at Jakarta

Maybe I'd just sleeping at that eastward (return to Indonesia) flight first hours (nighttime)

That's a long journey.

Mines goes

1pm
3pm

My flight home is

12:00pm
10:30pm

So not too bad but that jump in time is gonna be hard.
