Oh **** off.

Me immature? What a joke, you are the most immature 19 year old I've ever seen. Grow up

Honestly if I didn't know any better I would guess Owen is about 12-13 years old.

Maybe a healthy balance is best.

Quite obviously. But as long as your grades are good and your health is not being seriously endangered, I think it's probably better to create a social network and party apparently immature" than to be a loner which, in Owen's opinion is the definition of maturity.

But I don't live a life that would be typical of a student, I live in my own apartment with my own full kitchen - I don't live in a shared complex with cubby holes for weekly food. I cook for myself, I do my laundry and I wash my own dishes, I have been told (and read online) that a lot of students let dishes pile high, the cleaner actually said that some of them don't clean their rooms all year.

My lifestyle at the moment is more like a mature adult who's settled down, some of them have a smaller bedroom than my bathroom.

Dude, you don't even have a job and have never had one. The money you have right now and the bills you pay aren't paid off with money you earned but from your parents' money. At best, you are no different from any other typical college student. The attitude you have that the money is somehow "yours" however, makes you come across as a goddamn eleven year old kid. You having your own place and paying it off with mommy and daddy's money doesn't make you special or more mature.

Sorry to tell you, but I AM at a higher level of mature in comparison to most people in this complex.
Of course not, but I can guarantee you that most British adults have done that at some point. My mother is nearly 50 and I know for a fact that she got drunk a lot in the 1980s. It's just what young people do. It has no bearing on 'maturity' because I bet you these people you're moaning about have their own jobs and pay for their own tuition fees unlike you. They are going to be well-equipped for life outside of university because they have the experience, but you do not as you have no responsibilities at all. You are like a 15 year old living off their parents.

If you truly believe what you say, get a job yourself, go abroad yourself, stop acting like a dumb kid.

This thread makes me depressed every time I read it, because the topic is always social life in college.

No they probably have a grant. Some of them have tiny cubby holes for food to last a week, I don't know how they could afford to pay for £9,000 tution fees if they're having a cubby hole for food.

No, the topic is always Owen whining and moaning over life's most trivial matters like a ****ing ten year old. It's getting quite out of hand and annoying.
