20-30 absolutely, at the least. As long as the days are warm cold nights are of no concern to me. Just use a warm blanket and close the windows - hot nights on the other hand I abhor.

On average:

December: 2.1
January: 0.4
February: 0.5

Adds up to three, which is perfect. Even then the lows would be around 9°C.
