I wouldn't say there's any month like that. Summer is mostly sunny and hot, with little rain, but the fact that the temperatures often reach the triple digits means a forecast is useful, to know how hot it actually WILL get. If it rarely got above 99 and stayed in the 90s, you could be without a forecast. But it can get scorching. Winter and spring you DEFINITELY need weather forecasts, as you never know what you'll get!

I see college kids here in Texas that wear shorts when it's snowing. Of course, that's college kids!

for seattle winter and summer are pretty predictable, winter being cloudy with a large chance that it's going to rain and summer being warm and sunny. the only months that are a bit unpredictable are spring and fall. the most unpredictable is probably march. I remember one march day where i saw snow, thunder, hail, and sun with surprisingly warm temps all in one day, also it's quite common during the spring and fall that the weather forecast says one thing but the complete opposite ends up happening.

Summer,

Warm humid morning, 78F

Hot, slightly less humid afternoon, 88F

30% Chance of T-Storms, more likely in the late Afternoon

Rinse and repeat untill October.

In July and August the temperatures and humidity are very predictable (high of ~90, low of ~70, dew points between 65 and 75). However, weather forecasts are still useful to see if there will be thunderstorms.
And there is the occasional day near 100 or below 80, so it's useful to check if that will happen.

All other months are more variable.

As has been mentioned, London in Dec-Feb is dry and cloudy with temps around 6-10c most of the time. April is actually a quite stable and dry month though, it's March that is difficult to forecast (apart from the last week which is usually sunny and mild). September is another month which is easy to forecast, mostly low 20s and partly cloudy.

This thread reminds me of an episode from a show me and my boyfriend watch which takes place in San Diego. Someone says "Do we even need a weather channel here?" :P

May and June are pretty consistent across the board here in Phoenix. Any given day in those months will be dry and hot to very hot.

I was inspired by Bill Maher. He said the same thing in his show about LA's weather.

november-december are quite predictable: temps between 0 and 10c, overcast, damp, with chances of fog. Sometimes it can be very sunny, but almost always with very high humidity and calm.

July is usually hot and sunny, cool weather is very rare.

Spring and fall are the most unpredictable seasons.
