I can deal with chilly winters. Heat and humidity are a big issue. I don't like walking around and being drenched in sweat after five minutes. This happens in Atlanta during the summer. For that reason, Atlanta loses by a landslide.
Seattle, the summers there are better than any season that Atlanta experiences in my book. Autumn would come close but it's a little short at times in Atlanta. The summers in Atlanta are very muggy and the winters are decent but just as mild as the ones in Seattle, a little sunnier but that doesn't compensate for those awful summers.
Seattle hands down!! Very ideal annual mean temperature, PNW is the one reason I become prefer oceanic climate with four season continental climate side by side.
I've been lived in both climates that are almost similar from both cities (Seattle=Pierce County) (Atlanta=Fayetteville, NC) and know that I'm always yearned Seattle's climate.

Seattle. Atlanta has muggy and humid summers (though not as bad as Louisiana, most of Arkansas, and Mississippi). However, Seattle has a narrower gap between winter and summer, so that's a plus. While not strictly about climate, the greater variation of the day length throughout the year would drive me nuts in Seattle, especially in the (largely low-rain) summer. I spent most of my life near latitude 33 degrees and I still hate 8 and 8:30 pm sunsets, though I don't mind 5pm sunsets and 7pm sunrises. No doubt the gap is even more extreme.
Seattle. Sunny and comfortable summers (not hot not cool) and winters are colder than Atlanta (I love it) and maybe snowier I guess.
