29. Luxembourg - Neither are appealing but Mogadishu is too hot and dry.
30. Yaoundé - Yaoundé edges Prague due to being wetter.
31. Moroni - Another close one. Moroni is a tiny bit better than Nicosia due to Nicosia being too dry.
32. Singapore - Nearly the same but Singapore scores points for being wetter.
