Bangkok's coolest month has a high of 89. :|
Lima has nice temps but WHAT ARE THOSE sunshine stats.
That leaves Sydney.

Dang I'm really digging Australia's climates today.

The biggest problem with Sydney and Lima is that their winters are too cool for coconuts to fruit properly even if they can subsist for a while.
