Looks like the Liberals are on track to form a majority government. Conservatives are well behind and the NDP have completely crashed since the start of the election campaign. The first few weeks of the campaign had all three parties pretty closely tied so this is an interesting end to this very heated election.
I'm interested in seeing what the voter turnout was like, I'm willing to bet it was the highest in a long time. Seems like almost everyone I know went out and voted unlike the past several elections which were met with much apathy from many people.

Why'd the New Democratic Party crash so much? Just checked the results, they lost almost as many seats as the Conservatives. So it can't be just strategic voting.
