Yes, in my experience they are much more forward than other races.
They're also much more approachable (from experience). White and Hispanic women tend to be much more standoffish and cold. Of course, these are generalizations.

It really depends. In high school latin girls were mad approachable but in college hell nah! Maybe since a lot of them here are from Long Island, which is such a pretentious place. Actually the locals are the most approachable here, if you want to actually approach them, which I advise you not to. They are nice but completely different culture. Been there done that
I got my first car 4 years ago today. Sometimes I miss the days when my parents would drive me anywhere (and I didn't have a 90 mile/day commute) but I've loved the freedom!
Also I've been looking through weather records. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday this semester I've had a strenuous 1/3 mile walk up a hill to get to my first class at around 10:15 AM. (except Jan. 25, Feb 8, 12 and 15 were missed due to snow)
The ONE day it was below freezing at that time - February 10 (a Mon, Wed or Fri around 10:15 am) I didn't have to walk to class. It was 20 F / -7 C and I had a ride in a 2015 Accord already planned...
...that happened to coincide exactly with the time I'd need to go to class.
That's an epic (Tanzanian president when I was born - the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th letters of his last name)
