That forecast originally said this week would all be 12-13c crap, but yesterday was 17c, today 18c and tomorrow similar.
Apparently our summer forecast will be a cross between 1983 and 1998.

1983 had a cool June, the 2nd hottest July on record and a warm August. 1998 had a crap June, a crap July and an average August.

Other forecasts are saying it will be mostly dry and warm until September.
