Saqqez is a city in NW Iran at an altitude of 1476 m. It is of the coldest cities of Iran in winter (if not the coldest). It has a four season climate with frigid and snowy winters and hot summers with coolish nights. Precipitation occurs mainly from October through May. The absolute low temperature of the city was -36 C and the absolute high was 43 C.

Me personally I thinj that the city has of the best climates in Iran though I would prefer a little bit colder summer highs and more precipitation in summer. So a B- from me.

Winters are too cold. Summers have a good diurnal range though. Sunshine is nice.

I think that sun in most places of Iran is almost permanent hahaha I look at the stations and most of the days are sunny (except that cities in the North by the Caspian Sea like Rasht, Ramsar...)

D. Winters are too cold; summer has too much diurnal range and also too dry.
The only positive is the sunshine hours.
