Portland, since it's cloudier and wetter.

Portland by a hair. Denver has good sunshine hours and redeemable summer night lows, but its winter lows are just extreme. At least Portland is more stable and comfortable all year round.

Denver because it has more pronounced seasons and is overall dryer, but Portland is very good for that type of climate.

I usually choose Denver in most polls as it's one of the more "intense" seasonal climates that I like but I'll actually take Portland because it's seasonal yet still mild, it's actually a pretty good climate and if it had higher sunshine hours I think it'd be a favorite among many.

Denver is vastly superior. It's a good climate unlike Portland which is just like the UK but with much better summers.

Definitely Denver wins this in my eyes due to more sunny weather.

I voted Denver (my current residence) for the sunshine, seasons and snow. I like snow during the winter, but not constant grey skies. A rainy winter sounds quite depressing to me. The winter lows aren't all that bad, considering you sleep through 7-8 hours of it
