Make your Choice.
Both are located at 45N and 45S respectively,at same altitude(450m) and distance from the coast.
They have an Mediterranean precipitation pattern.
Balmaceda(Csc) is far snowy than Tygh valley(Csb),with snow falling from April until November,but with very cool summer temperature,with frosts occuring even in Summer.

Tygh valley is more continental,with greater record high and low.

Note:The record low for Balmaceda is Wrong,its Record low is -25C(-13F).

I was not aware that location in Oregon existed. I love it. How sunny is it? Do we know?

Climate box dont show it,but its summer is quite dry,so i think its sunny,at least in summer.
