That's what it looks like, but we're not, I'm disappointed lol. I was under the "red" and scored 0.15", and maybe two or three puffs (not gusts) of wind. The best part for me was the darkening skies before it rained.
Yeah, that was really strange. PA got hit, NJ did, and my family in southern NY said they were getting winds although wasn't bad. Sounds like it started weakening at the NJ/NY border and just fell apart aside the rains for us.
Thanks for the report. Maybe scattered stuff overnight but that's it. I'm ready for some sun!

I didn't even bother to check the surface winds.
Check it out at 6:15pm which PA and NJ were getting hit.
Their wind is from the south off land... ours is off the ocean and that marine layer was undercutting the storms. Air was too stable for us so the line weakened.
Had it been in the 80s today things would of been different
Summary: Cold and dreary day, Max of the day was recorded early hours of the morning then dropped to mid 60's for most of the day before falling to 63 late this afternoon. Rain was mostly early morning then again late afternoon with a total of 1.225 inches...was heavy for a period! Thunder was heard only once..a much needed day of rainfall!
