Oops!,... didn't think of that. The rainfall distribution here has an almost perfect symmetry, with the wettest month double the driest month, and a very even progression between those points.
Almost gave it an A, last couple of months of the year spoiled it.
Living in Canada, all spring and summer we keep hearing how dry and warm
the weather in Vancouver was this year, even a normal Vancouver summer is very nice.
I didn't realize how much colder Vancouver is compared to Seattle. I thought that Seattle and Vancouver have bassicly the same weather, but your record highs for summer were just slightly warmer than our averages.
Seattle is more comparable to Abbotsford than Vancouver:
How do you rate this past year in Vancouver?
Overall it was warmer than normal and May and June were very dry. I give it a D+.
It's hard to say what downtown Vancouver is weather was like last year. Because I was in the Fraser Valley the weather is more extreme in my opinion much better than the Vancouver coast. It snowed on the last couple of days of December here in the Frazer Valley. January 2015 was snowy but February and March or quite lacking. The summer was also too hot and too dry. He got up to 38°C here in Mission. Although a couple years ago and 2012 we got -20°C in January with 30 cm of snow.
