E. Rotten climate. Better than Vostok or Longyearbyen, which isn't saying much.

Summers could be a little warmer, winters a little colder and it could use less precipitation, specially in the winter. At least it seems to get some snow.

An average high of 3C is too mild? Their winters are slightly cooler than NYC's (if you thought New York had cold winters).
