How would you rate this cold, continental-ish place situated in Australia's Snowy Mountains?

Too much precipitation days, too cloudy in winter. Too cold summer, too warm winter.

Considering its altitude, immense rainy days and precipitation amount, that place is surprisingly sunnier than Melbourne.

Summers have nice temps, but winter is too mild. Precip is good, a bit too sunny though. I give it a C. At least it's not hot.

That's pretty cold for that latitude and elevation!

I rate it a C+. Summers are way too cold and winters are too wet.

E. Winters are too cold, summers are too cool, and it's too wet overall.
