Your house with the heat going full blast. -70 actual I wouldn't even bother going out. -70 windchill though and I would probably have to work in it.

lol, yeah even though i LOVE cold weather, i wouldn't go out unless i have like 10 jackets on, or you'll have a risk of freezing to death.

70 below??? That is absolutely awful. I've never been in that cold of temps. Was there any windchill factor on top of that?

Oh, 70 below is only about 140 degrees below room temperature! Alaska has been cold recently. It seems like they have had wild temperature swings from week to week even in the middle of winter.

i saw the picture on wunderground, and the people who took the picture of it being 70 below said they LOVED it. there was NO windchill factor, it was just clear, and calm, bet you the visibility must have been pretty good, though.

i would bet! isnt it always freezing over there?? i was checking the weather for that area and its never out of the -s!! the highs are like 10 but the lows are like -20! ITS ALWAYS COLD!! how do you live in that?!?!
