I worked in my schools cafeteroa before and honestly it wasnt bad aside from the crappy pay. Most of the customers were nice, i actually hated the busy work part pf it more than anything, stuff like scrubbing down the counter and the freezer, got so tiring after a while. The dishroom was a disaster too, hated wprking there. I lost my v to a coworker tho so it was pretty fun overall lol
We've had 27 out of 28 days below average in Febriaru 2015, as well as 20 more below average days in March so sadly this sort of pattern can get stuck for a while

We seem to be able to have a good mix of above and below average temps in the other seasons, but when it comes to summer, it automatically becomes cooler and cloudier than average. We get stuck under a trough for pretty much all summer, while Eastern Europe bakes. Surely it's time for that to be reversed now?
We had 27/31 days below average in July 2007, 30/31 days below average in December 2010, and 25/30 days below average in June 2012.
You must remember where you live You live somewhere that has cool and cloudy summers, so below average is going to be disastrous.
Summer, will never ever be a reliable season in this country. In fact, no season is.
Admittedly, we've had some good July's in recent years, but August has been bad. We're never going to get an entire summer of warmth and sun though.
Summers before 2007 were always reliable. If there was a cool spell, you knew there would be a hot spell to cancel it out. Most days would be between 22-25c, and dry. Nowadays, it's just cool, record cloudy every year.
A normal summer has lots of partly cloudy days, and quite a few sunny days. Not mostly cloudy or overcast rubbish. Our summers have been about 50-60 hrs down on average in each month, since 2007.
Crazy problems with septa trains.. Can't even imagine. Doesn't affect my commute although some slight increase in patco ridership is possible as ppl find other means to travel.
No time to post link.. just Google if you wanna know about septa trains

Here its the other way around, summer is super stable with temperatures between 25° and 32° basically a guarantee, but the winter is a ****ing mess where you dont know if you'll get 15° or -20°, our winters really suck ass

2003 was such a summer. 1976 famously so.
B87 is entirely correct though. If you think summers in the UK are dreadful anyway then an average summer isn't going to cut it, but they've taken a turn for the worse and I think most people would take an average summer, even if they'd prefer something warmer & sunnier.
An average July with 22C-25C temperatures during the day and 7 hours of sunshine is at the low end of acceptable for it to be pleasant for me..
19C-22C with clouds dominating is not acceptable for me. There is a fine line between what feels cool and warmer, above 23C starts to feel warm if the dew point is about 15C or above, which is what it should be at this time of year
