Yep ridiculous isn't it? I've been drinking since I was 14 anyway
Lol that's the thing, the 'drinking culture' starts well before 18 anyway, ditto smoking, vast majority of smokers start before 18. Seriously, when I was in high school a lot of people smoked, a lot definitely drank alcohol. Not hard at all to get when you're under 18.
If you were in Europe, you could have gotten legally drunk 3 years ago.
Can't you drink at 13 under parent supervision in Germany????
