Most people I see posting on NetWeather like warm or hot weather in summer. Only a handful of people bother posting there in summer if they like cold.

I'm 24 and I feel like 20 was forever ago but at the same time not that long ago.....lol.

Lol that's the thing, the 'drinking culture' starts well before 18 anyway, ditto smoking, vast majority of smokers start before 18. Seriously, when I was in high school a lot of people smoked, a lot definitely drank alcohol. Not hard at all to get when you're under 18.
