A pretty weird climate. More snowfall than Moscow, Montreal and Oslo while having a subtropical climate.

B: I really like that precipitation and sunshine hours! June, July, August and September are too hot, but still not dry like California and Southern Europe so I can't complain that much, and the rest of the year is really good!

F means you don't like anything!
Not even the summers? I thought you liked hot weather! Is it because they're a bit cloudy?

Any climate that gets excessive cold which I define as average high in the coldest month of below freezing
AND/OR averages more than 100cm of snow a year gets an automatic F from me.

Niigata's average LOWS are above freezing year round, and it snows that much not because it's cold, but because it's extremely humid it's NOTHING like Montreal

It's too rainy and cloudy. Also way too hot in the summer.

I like how much snow it gets, though. I give it a C.
