It's totally pleasurable when is like 19-23ºC , but if gets hotter than 24ºC it starts to feel quite warm. That 91% was at 1AM after raining, in a normal rainy day it remains at 75-80% unless at nights.
In The Netherlands in August in a normal rainy day it's 20-21ºC outside with 95% of humidity and I go out with a light jacket/sweat and short pants and I don't drop even a drop of sweat! But anyone has it's own confortable zones, I believe you.
Actually at 17:00
22.1ºC, very cloudy with a few raindrops. (71,8F)
78% of humidity
6km/h NW winds
It seems that the rain week will end tomorrow, it started this monday and lasts until today... very good, this year is being by far one of the driest from the last 20 years, and even after those 3 rainy days, it has to fill up more than double of the actual 10 month rain amount to reach the normal average for a year, and we only got 2 more months...
Predictions after tomorrow start with partially cloudy and sunny days with 25-28ºC maximums and 17-19ºC minimums, let's see what happens! (for imperial users: 25-28: 77-82,4F and 17-19: 62,6-66,2F).

yeah, we get that in september or even october sometimes. I tend to sweat easily with very high humidity regardless of temperature, especially if I am walking fast / riding a bike / carrying things. That's why I prefer drier climates.
