Speaking of Tom, why does Seattle never get these sorts of negative departures? Places such as Montevideo and Porto Alegre are right on the ocean and are located on a continent that is located really really far away from the north pole, shouldn't they be warmer than Seattle during the winter? Why the **** is that antarctic **** reaching all the way to Rio Branco and Rondonopolis? This is stupid, I give up on weather. At least not until Seattle can get their due
