Pretty cold, at least 1˚C below average and at some parts of Perth and surrounds 2˚C below average. Above average rainfall and quite windy at times (windchill below -2˚C when normal temp was 13˚C!!!). The next week looks very cold, 16˚C for next Tuesday although it is bound to change.
Average high: 21.3c (-0.2c)
Average low: 10.2c (+0.4c)

Overall, a not-so-warm month; after a period of three years of quite above average months, this one barely managed to get above average due to the final week. There was more precipitation than average, and the sun was slightly below average.
Temperature wise 1.7c above average, warm, however 2010 and 2013 were warmer within the last years,
very sunny and - of course needless to say very very dry.
I live in the Houston area. In a word: rain. And lots of it. Just continuing what we saw in April.
The silver lining is that the rain and cloud cover have kept average temps around SE Texas 2-3 degrees cooler this month than normal. I think IAH may have just officially recorded its first 90 degree day this year, about a full month later than usual.
