Mexican food in general in NYC is cheap and good, but I do wish there were more high end Mexican restaurants. Sometimes I want higher-end Mexican dishes like mole blanco or chiles en nogada, not just tacos or enchilada

Even low brow tex-mex food is expensive on the Riviera. Went to a Korean restaurant the other weekend in Paris and had aadnan decent meal for €10. There are many more cheap restaurants there.

I actually do walk by this nearly every day.

I've just done a Google search and it seems like there are a few Mexican restaurants. Not really something I've ever been interested in though. Only Mexican food I eat is fajitas.

Sounds better than our local food truck. I ate there once, never again.

There's another on Tuesdays that sells typical Niçoise cuisine. Can't eat there with my Muslim coworker because every dish contains pork.

What's up with the decorum? Is it supposed to imitate American culture or something?

I saw stuff like that in some places in Spain like Salou and other beach resort towns. I think it's supposed to imitate American culture, yeah. It's aimed at tourists.

I certainly wouldn't go all the way to the Riviera just to go there though.

Eh, isn't that how America's like??

I doubt that particular one is aimed at tourists given its location. More like contruction workers and the likes from what I've seen.

Tbf Hitchock does look like your average Walmart shopper, just a bit better dressed
