Premium supermarkets, in America? I'm disgusted that you shop at Sainsburys Owen, I pictured you with a trolley, sauntering round the M&S foodhall, ordering staff about & cussing because they only have 8 tubs of Beluga caviar & no fresh lobster left...
lol (I don't shop in M&S but I do go in there sometimes to get dinner/lunch).

Premium Stores in the US go the whole way when it comes to service and the quality of foods that they actually sell. Waitrose doesn't carry your groceries out to your car for you, for example.

Their goods are over priced/not worth it in my experience. (The products are the same as those products offered in TESCO's/Sainbury's, they are not premium niche products made specifically for their store)

My phone is finally working properly after I was able to update it to iOS 10.2 last night. With iOS 10.1.1 my phone would constantly freeze and/or shut down, thousands of photos were deleted (but thankfully they were all backed up) and it broke my camera. It was like this for roughly 3 weeks.

I'm only updating to major versions from now on, no more of these tiny updates that do more harm than good.

Waitrose do have some good quality stuff, we sometimes used to shop there, much more expensive, but the same store branded products we bought elsewhere never tasted as good...

I find US customer service to be a bit too OTT, it's almost like they are being sarcastic & just know they are not being sincere & are only being forced to be that nice to you lol...

And carry your own shopping to your car you lazy ****

Never been to the US so can't comment, but most people I know who've been there think the quality of supermarket food is vastly inferior to pretty much everywhere in Europe.
