Cool! -no more work for a couple of weeks. I shall start this fine sunny day with some beers and a joint.

My sister spent loads on me for my birthday and she has no money, I feel so guilty.

I have snow in the forecast for tomorrow evening, a quick change from 12c to 3c at 9pm; that will be noticed!?

Family should be over soon.

Most of them haven't been here in a while. Thanksgiving 2014. Before that, Thanksgiving 2011! Last Christmas Eve we hosted was 2010. Actually hosted Christmas Eve 2009 too (a snow cover here for Christmas Eve that year).

Me and my girlfriend just booked a vacation in Crete, Greece in mid-August. We're super-psyched!

August is like one of the few months where you can be outdoors in Umeå and basically can't be in Crete, you mad bro?

Meh, August is often just 18'C and rain, and it's physically impossible to tan. And if there's a pool or a 25'C ocean 40m away then 30'C and 20'C dewpoints aren't much. For vacations you want higher temperatures than for ordinary living.
