I hate winter in the Pacific Northwest. I hate it, I hate it, I hate it with words I cannot even think of.

Why? Is it the rain or the lack of sunshine?

I don't know what I would do without my parents.. I feel so guilty everytime I leave because I can see that it visibly hurts my mother.

So apparently this is our forecast for today and tomorrow...

We already have like 30cm of snow, 50 cm more for
March doesn't sound very nice. We'll never have spring.

I'd guess an application for Lund University is overdue as soon as you've taken "studenten"?

Yeah, and my girlfriend doesn't wanna move away from family and her general comfort zone. Besides, I'm thinking of becoming a cop, and there's a nice police academy here

Well who knows what's in store in a few years?

One thing's for certain though, I'd never voluntarily live north of Hudiksvall. Absolutely not Hudik seems like some weird "banana belt" I honestly don't get why it's warmer than Gävle in summer...

Down to 17 cm of snow on the ground. The landscape is still very predominantly white but it's mostly ugly snow that's left now.

Just over a week ago we had 77 cm on the ground.

Highs above freezing and well above average all this week, although on Friday night it will get colder with a low of -17C planned.

Which is good news as we are having the Red Bull Crashed Ice championship final here for the first time. (Though the organizers say that their ice system for the track is good to +15C.)

Snow on the ground here as well the last week. Was nearly 20cm, ca 10 cm now. I like the snow, so I might need to delete this...
