They do indeed fly by, but you're still young so I wouldn't worry about it just yet! I've recently turned 30, but I still feel the same as I did 10 years ago

I do feel the same in the body as when I was 18 So no worries in that sense. But I'm more concerned whether I'll keep that until 35.

As it is both my parents have back issues but I've been lucky so far!

But I still feel exactly the same as I did when I was 18, mentally that is, my body has a few more aches & pains though

+1, I had snow last night and it's 1c outside right now, so it's not exactly warm.

Don't think (At least here) we start to see spring weather until at least the end of March. That would tie up with the latest forecast too.
