We traded Jarred Cossart (very solid reliever), Carter Capps (who has Tommy John surgery this year, but a very good reliever when healthy) our no. 1 and 12 prospects in the minor leagues for Andrew Cashner (who's 4-7 with a 4.76 ERA in a PITCHER's park) and a bunch of no-name scrubs from the minors. Stupid trade.

I was confused looking at the deal, Cosart and Cashner were the only players I knew

For reference, Carter Capps posted a 1.16 ERA last year in 31 IP, with 58 (!!!) Ks and only seven walks. He averaged more than 16 Ks/9 innings!! And we trade him and Cosart for a scrub ass pitcher and no name minor leaguers. Typical.
