Here I am on August 24. Come to think of it, I'm probably still a type II but a 12 or so on the Von Luschen scale. What's your opinions?

Olive skinned Italians would be type IV, not III.

Type II normally burns, whereas I have only burnt a couple of times in my life and always tan.

Olive skin is type iii, Italians are type iii. Type iv is darker Italians and Arabs. Under your scale Italians are practically black.

He might be type III but most people in the UK are not, north or south.

Olive skin is IV. Half olive, i.e white with a little more green than pink because of some olive ancestors, that would be III.
